As part of its on-going effort to sanitise the business environment and ensure strict compliance with the provisions of the Companies and Allied Matters Act, 1990 (CAMA), the Corporate Affairs Commission has concluded arrangements to strike off another batch of 38,582 companies from the Register of Companies in accordance with section 525 of CAMA. |
