PUBLIC NOTICE ON RESTORATION OF SERVICE TIMELINES FOR NAME RESERVATION AND BUSINESS REGISTRATION

This is to inform our Esteemed Customers and the General Public that the Commission’s service timelines for the reservation of names for Companies/Business Names and the registration of Companies/Business Names have been restored to 4 Hours and 24 Hours respectively.

The restoration of the service timelines is in response to the increasing traction and stability observed on the performance of the upgraded Company Registration Portal (CRP) which was deployed on 4^th January, 2021.

The restored service timelines will come into effect on Monday, 19^th April, 2021.
