PUBLIC NOTICE ON DISCONTINUANCE OF MANUAL SUBMISSION FOR WINDING UP, RECEIVERSHIP

This is to inform our esteemed customers and the public that with effect from 7^th August 2023 the Commission will no longer accept submission of the under-listed applications except through the Companies Registration Portal (CRP):

1. Winding-up processes and dissolution of companies;
2. Appointments of receiver and discharged of receiver; and
3. Companies’ Voluntary arrangement (CVA); Administration, and netting,

Consequently, the Commission will not accept any manual or email submission in respect of the above, which have been fully deployed and active on the CRP.
